Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, approved a project to develop the fish market in Alexandria.
A total of EGP 100 million will be allocated for the project which will be implemented in two phases, according to a cabinet statement on Tuesday.
The first phase includes the establishment of an integrated service area for wholesale and retail trade over a 3,299 square-metre land plot neighbouring the fish market, while the second phase involves the expansion of service areas through setting up fish fridges, factories, and warehouses.
